Cancellation Policy
 

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do it 24 hours before, otherwise, you will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate.

All no shows are subject to a charge of half of the service rate. 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds of any kind. However, if you suffer an allergic reaction due to lash extensions, we will be happy to perform a free lash removal at any convenient time.

Information for Clients from Other Salons

Thank you for considering us as your new eyelash destination. At The Lash Room we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences and services that go above and beyond for our valued clientele.

In our effort to provide the best service possible, we occasionally face challenges when working with lashes from other salons. Each salon and technician employs unique eyelash extension techniques. In order to personalize our services and meet your specific requirements, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in sharing the following information before scheduling an appointment for a lash correction:

• The name of the salon where you previously had your lashes done.

• The percentage of remaining lashes.

• Any issues such as twisting or discomfort.

• If possible, share pictures of your current lashes.​

Providing this information allows us to adapt our services to meet your specific requirements. If the technique from the previous salon matches ours, we can confidently move forward with a fill. However, if it differs, we may need to remove your lashes and provide a full set. If a fill is possible, we may charge based on the time spent, particularly if extra time is required for this service.
