The Lash Room is growing and we are looking for the best of the best to expand and join our team of outstanding Lash Artists.

We are looking for MA Licensed Estheticians, experience preferred but not mandatory. As we offer extensive training in both lash and brow services offered at our salon. Someone who enjoys working with people, comfortable with sales, service & product education, client consultations and the ability to work independently. This position best fits someone who is highly motivated, eager to learn, reliable, friendly and responsible. We are looking for beauty professionals who want to grow and expand their clientele.

Responsibilities include:

​

• Generate new & maintain regular clientele;

• Follow state guidelines to maintain a clean & sterile work environment;

• Consult and educate clients on our lash & brow services offered;

• Communicate and educate clients on proper lash & brow care/follow up;

• Understand and promote services along with after care products;

• Provide an excellent experience for all guests;

• Perform high quality and consistent professional lash and brow services.

Requirements:

​

• Strong work ethic;

• Valid MA Esthetics license;

• Lash experience preferred but not mandatory (we offer extensive training);

• Customer service focused;

• Experience with sales;

• Comfortable with educating clients on services, after care & products;

• Ability to work evenings & weekends.
